Article 1 · General Principles
- 01Under Article 17 of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may withdraw your purchase within 7 days of payment, subject to the statutory exceptions in Article 17(2).
- 02After a booking has been confirmed or service has begun, change-of-mind cancellations may be restricted per the service-specific schedule below.
- 03If cancellation is caused by the Company, the Service Fee is refunded in full.

- —Credit / debit card: reversal within 3-7 business days.
